We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Team Leader for our Media Buying team to work with our internal projects.

Location - Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing popunder and push traffic campaigns.

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing media buying activities while guiding and mentoring a team of talented Media Buyers.

Your daily business:

1. Lead and manage a current team of Media Buyers, providing mentorship, support, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

2. Develop and implement media buying strategies to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals across popunder and push traffic sources.

3. Oversee and optimize media buying campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and continuous improvement of key performance metrics.

4. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance overall campaign performance.

5. Collaborate with the internal teams and projects

6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging traffic sources to maintain a competitive advantage.

7. Establish strong relationships with ad networks and publishers to negotiate favorable terms and secure premium placements.

8. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly, presenting insights and recommendations to management.


1. Proven experience as a Media Buyer, with a focus on popunder and push traffic sources.

2. Prior experience in a leadership or team management role is preferred.

3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.

4. In-depth knowledge of media buying platforms, ad networks, and traffic sources.

5. Familiarity with various bidding strategies and optimization techniques.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Results-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
