Responsibilities:
Searching and onboarding new clients
Negotiating and establishing long-term contracts, building credibility and provision of a leading experience for the clients
Coordinating the clients' technical integration as required
Analysis of current results and their optimisation to increase sales turnover for the clients and enhance the Customer's cooperation with them
Participating in new leads generation activities like conferences, webinars, etc
Drive new ideas and engage in the further development of the project
Taking part in the mentorship of junior teammates and contributing to their development
What we are looking for in a candidate:
Experience in advertising / AdTech (if you worked with incentivised/rewarded traffic it will be an advantage!)
Experience in personal sales, procurement or project management
Ability to work with a large amount of information
Extremely organised, with good analytical skills
Strong team player and contributor
Pro-active, with strong communication skills
