Embria Village hosts its first Biohacker’s Mastermind
Embria Village hosts its first Biohacker’s Mastermind
On July 17–19, Embria Village hosted the first Biohacker’s Mastermind, “Turning Wellness Into Business” - an international retreat bringing together 17 wellness professionals and entrepreneurs from Finland, Estonia, Serbia, France, and the US for three days focused on business development, knowledge sharing and recovery by Lake Saimaa.
Designed for professionals building or planning to build an international business in the fast-growing wellness industry, the mastermind focused on turning wellness expertise into scalable business concepts.
Participants worked on positioning, product development, target audiences, explored how content, events, communities and AI can support business growth, and exchanged ideas and opportunities for collaboration.
The program was facilitated by Teemu Arina, author, speaker, biohacker and serial entrepreneur, and Leigh Ewin, breathwork instructor, wellness coach and facilitator, bringing together complementary perspectives on wellness entrepreneurship and international growth.
Business sparring was balanced with the setting and experiences that make Embria Village special: the surrounding forests and Lake Saimaa, sauna and smoke sauna, swimming, breathwork, shared dinners and plenty of time for informal conversations. This combination of focused work, recovery and genuine human connection created a natural environment for new ideas and partnerships to emerge.
Embria Village is a genuinely unique place. The team is warm, flexible and attentive, making everything feel effortless. Lake Saimaa, the forest, and saunas create a rare setting for focus, recovery, and meaningful conversations. It is a place where people naturally slow down, connect and leave inspired. The food was excellent. Highly recommended - comments Teemu Arina, event organizer.
Embria Village is a special place in Eastern Finland, ideal for workshops, trainings, and retreats. One of the highlights was the food: they created meals perfectly tailored for a biohacking retreat using local ingredients (we literally had berries from the backyard!). And the smoke sauna experience next to Lake Saimaa? Absolutely unforgettable - says Sini Hietaharju, Founder of Slow Travel Repeat. Read a full review on Slow Travel Repeat.
We’re excited to see Embria Village becoming a destination for the international wellness community - a place where experts and entrepreneurs can meet, exchange knowledge, recharge and turn ambitious ideas into new projects and businesses.
