The flagship products are mobile turn-based RPG Age of Magic and award-winning city builder SuperCity with 30+ million players, as well as Tropic Storm and Titans with 2+ million players each.

Playkot is currently looking for a Head of Product Analytics, who will take responsibility for the analytics function of all projects, help centralize it and raise it to a whole new level.

What the company entrust you with

  • Organizing and optimizing the work of the product analytics team.

  • Development and implementation of the product analytics strategy for all company projects.

  • Managing the process of collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns in player behavior.

  • Definition and prioritization of key metrics for each product.

  • Assessing the effectiveness of features and changes based on data and metrics.

  • Developing and testing hypotheses to improve the player experience and increase monetization.

  • Communication of analytics results to the product team and participation in making key product decisions.

  • Training and development of the analytics team.

  • Development of analytical tools and provision of reliable infrastructure together with the Data Engineering team.

What the team expects from the candidate

  • Experience in product analytics of B2C products.

  • Good communication skills: the ability to clearly convey your thoughts and present the results of your work.

  • Leadership/mentoring experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of Python and proficiency in SQL.

  • Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, or others).
